It’s already been 4 months since my rhinoplasty! At first, I was worried that the change might be too big, and I cared a lot about how people around me would react, but now my satisfaction keeps increasing every time I look in the mirror. When I first had a consultation at Lowell Plastic Surgery, Director Kim Jae-yoon carefully planned a design that matched both the image I wanted and my face, so I think the result came out natural. Since it’s a private clinic, he definitely seems meticulous. Without necessarily doing a hump osteotomy, they were able to smooth out the step-off using a 3D custom implant, and using donor costal cartilage and ear cartilage, they raised the nasal tip to the height I wanted and also lowered the columella. Since this was revision rhinoplasty, I was concerned about my drooping nasal tip, but maybe because it was fixed in 4 layers, it definitely feels stably fixed. Right after surgery, there was of course swelling and bruising, so I felt a bit anxious, but the clinic took really good care of postoperative management, so I was able to recover much more comfortably. They checked everything carefully, and whenever I had questions along the way, they answered right away, so I thought, “Ah, I really made the right choice.” Now the line has stabilized and settled exactly into the image I wanted, so I’m very satisfied. Most of all, it doesn’t just end with the surgery; they’ve continued to manage me well until now, so I’m extremely satisfied. Oh, and the app price was exactly the same. The fact that there were no additional charges also made me feel this was a clinic I could trust.
