Hello! These days, hospitals for natural-glam, glamorous nose surgery, and revision rhinoplasty seem to be getting a lot of views on Instagram and elsewhere. After my surgery went well, I became less active on cosmetic surgery apps and such, but I hope this can be even a little helpful to those looking into revision surgery. I’m also living well and feeling satisfied with my nose now thanks to this community. The reason I planned revision rhinoplasty was that, even after having nose surgery, I could still make a pig nose, and as the nasal tip drooped, it gave a Squidward-like? feeling and made my midface look longer, so I had revision surgery. For my first surgery, I had silicone + donated costal cartilage and did not use ear cartilage, and for the second revision surgery, silicone + autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage were used, with various other things added, but my memory is hazy now.
