I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery almost about 4 years ago, so my memory is a bit hazy. At the time, I visited with double eyelids done by the buried suture method, and they recommended the buried suture method for the revision too. They said lateral canthoplasty wasn’t really necessary. The director seemed like someone who suggests a direction that’s a bit better than the current state, rather than a dramatic change.
