Eye Re-Surgery

Did this revision surgery fail? (When my eyes are open VS when they’re closed)

I had revision surgery because of asymmetrical eyes, and right now my anxiety is no joke Even before, a semi-out and outline double eyelid were my ideal look, but when I went around for consultations, everyone said only an in-out line was possible, and because of the inner corner of my eye, a semi-out line absolutely wouldn’t come out. Then one place said they could make it semi, so I only had the line reset with the buried-suture method; The line itself is seriously exactly my ideal look, and it matches my face really well too. I like it so much that I wonder if it’s even possible to like it this much, but when I close my eyes The starting point of the line on the right side is completely sunken in, and it looks so gross.. I thought it was only like that at first, but it keeps staying indented. The fixation is strong only there, so the feeling of fixation is different between the left and right. Yesterday, while going in for a follow-up to loosen the fixation a bit, I had a consultation, and they said there was no choice because the front of my right eye wouldn’t form a semi-out shape. They said since they knew I didn’t want canthoplasty, they separately fixed only that area more strongly to shape it, and used a separate thread to hold it with 1 stitch so it could be released anytime. I did say right up until just before surgery that I really hated my inner corner being covered and asked them to make sure the line didn’t get covered, but;ㅂ; I do remember the doctor saying during surgery, when starting the front of the right eye, that it was hard to shape. The options the clinic suggested were: 1. Remove the thread - since only 1 stitch at the starting point of the right eye was held with a separate thread,   they can remove only that part anytime and it takes less than 5 minutes / but if the thread is removed,   they said the inner corner will get covered again like before / then it’s back to an asymmetrical-eyes ending.. 2. Upper epicanthoplasty on the right eye - since the shape isn’t coming out because of the inner corner,   they said it would be possible if I do an upper epicanthoplasty. 3. Leave it as is - they said it looks more deeply indented now because it’s early on & swollen.     The holding strength of the thread naturally weakens over time,     so even if it bothers me, if I don’t want upper epicanthoplasty and want a semi-out line, it’s better to leave it. What would everyone do? When my eyes are open, I seriously love the line and it suits my face perfectly, but if it looks like that when they’re closed.. The clinic told me to think about it a bit more and decide. For now, they said they’d give me some kind of scar-tissue injection? scar injection? in that area once a month, so I did get one yesterday. Getting the injection won’t make it sink in more, right? As of today, it’s exactly been 39 days since my revision surgery.
