My revision surgery failed because of poor communication with the director

Originally, I had a slightly arrow-shaped nose and basically no nasal bridge, so I raised it 5 mm with Gore-Tex and had the nasal tip worked on too. That was 7 years ago, and wherever I went, people said my nose was pretty. Even though it was raised very high, it suited my face so perfectly that I was really satisfied. But recently, due to trauma, the middle of my nasal bridge became depressed, and on top of that, my nasal tip changed into an arrow-nose shape, so I went back to that hospital... But.... My chart was no longer there (I think they lost it...) That hospital is famous in Gangnam for noses, so I thought it would still be okay and had revision surgery Now my impression has changed so much. They made the starting point between my eyes short and extremely thin and low, so my eye shape changed too, and they raised the nasal tip again, so it’s completely like a pig nose, and the nasal angle is just way too high,,,, What should I do I also had a paranasal augmentation done at the same time, and when I went in today saying I just wanted it removed, they said to watch it for a few more months.. They said I had Gore-Tex all the way to the nasal tip and showed me the implant today, and I feel resentful, wondering why they changed the shape and operated instead of just making it the same as before... It’s true that I wanted my nose to become shorter, but if they had explained in detail that doing the procedure this way would change it like this, I would have said I wouldn’t do it,,,,, It’s now day 10 after the procedure, and the procedure itself seems to have been done okay. They say the slight crookedness of the nasal tip and the hump-like look from adding dermis to the center of the nose will settle down over time, but the nose shape does not suit my face. They say revision can be done within 2 weeks, but the director just says he isn’t confident and can’t do it... What should I do
