Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

6-year review after square jaw surgery

It has been 6 years since I had surgery at that hospital. You can check my previous post for my review within the first week right after surgery. I have been living very satisfied. Looking back, I can see that some swelling remained for the first few months after surgery, and the swelling continues to go down over several years. Other hospitals had recommended chin tip surgery, cheekbone surgery, etc., but I went with a hospital that recommended minimal surgery and only removed exactly the complex I had. In the end, I think it was good that I proceeded with the surgery as minimally as possible. Right now, it looks so natural that no one can tell I had surgery, and if I have one concern, it is that sometimes when I smile/take photos, something like a double chin? deep cheek fat? which is characteristic of contouring, looks like it protrudes. But it is only caught very occasionally, so I do not really worry about it much in daily life. Sometimes I look up side effects, management, etc., but for now I do not feel much need for management, and maybe because of that, I think that if I had proceeded with more additional surgeries, I would have lived with many more worries, so I feel it was good that I only did this surgery. Especially in the case of cheekbones, I heard it causes more sagging.
