I had surgery on 2025.06.28. As of 2025.09.14, it has been 11 weeks (3 months ago). I underwent surgery because I wanted a more open, refreshing eye shape. All before-and-after photos were taken with the default camera, and my satisfaction is high. I can smile with my eyes well too. For the lateral canthoplasty, the director said he opened it to the maximum extent possible, and he also did the epicanthoplasty well within an appropriate range! ✅ Swelling For 4 days after surgery, I slept leaning on a triangular cushion instead of lying flat, to avoid creating as much swelling as possible. Maybe because it was a revision surgery, the swelling went down slowly, and it went down the most around 2 months. There is still a little residual swelling around the upper eyelid near the inner corner. ✅ Lateral canthoplasty scar It is not very visible in the photos, but slight traces of the lateral canthoplasty and mild redness remain.
