I originally had a certain amount of nasal bridge height before getting nose surgery, but the shape ended up looking worse than my natural nose. The shape of my nostrils was different on each side too; the director first analyzed my nose and explained in detail how the surgery should be done while considering proportions, the nasal bridge, the nasal ala, and the overall balance of my face. He also listened with interest to the style I wanted and understood it. Since he explained solutions focused on the mistakes and problems from my previous surgery, I thought he seemed very professional.
