They do tend to do things very conservatively. There was no guidance at all about post-surgery care. They didn't give me anything for compresses or reducing swelling. The doctor's tone was kind and confident, but the result was worse than expected. Still, overall it wasn't bad. I honestly don't remember the price, but it was on the expensive side.
