I suddenly noticed that the area under my eyes had become bulging, so I thought it might be better to have surgery before my under-eyes sag more, so I started shopping around... I thought it wasn't a major surgery, so I was going to check roughly a few places and have surgery, but the effects after surgery last longer than I expected? 1. Thank You 2. Start 3. Objet 4. AB 5. ST 6. Luark 7. Kidari There wasn't a big difference for under-eye fat repositioning. All the clinics above said the same thing, that surgery has limits in improving dark circles, and they all recommended fat grafting as well. Among those above, I remember AB was about the only one that didn't do fat grafting up to a second round. Thank You, Objet, and AB had cost reductions through post-review events. Kidari is apparently famous for middle-aged cosmetic surgery, so maybe that's why, when I went for an under-eye fat repositioning consultation, they also talked about other additional surgeries. They recommended surgery for improving the overall impression and even a younger-looking face~ The cost was enormous. So I'm passing on this side for now. Thank You and Objet were good because the directors gave detailed consultations. (The two directors said the same thing in the end: the limits of repositioning and fat grafting, but that there would definitely be improvement.. that was the answer.) At Start, ST, and Luark, maybe the directors were busy, because the consultations ended briefly.. ST has something called concealer fat grafting, and they say it's effective for dark circles too, but the cost is high. Instead, the advantage in the explanation was that the area covered by fat repositioning is wider compared with other clinics. Looking at their before-and-after photos, the effect does look the best here. The problem is that as I keep looking for reviews, maybe because it's a downside of fat grafting after all, there are reviews from people saying that no matter what technique was used to graft the fat, after surgery it went back to square one. Everyone has those, so this is really making me 고민... They promote that, despite the high cost, they have increased the fat graft survival rate with their own techniques, but honestly it looks like marketing. The conclusion is that after fat grafting, people who lose the fat will lose it, and even the clinic can't know that. There is a place I'm leaning toward at least, but after digging through reviews, I saw side effects and a few comments saying there wasn't much effect, so I'm weighing things now.. Choosing a clinic is really hard..
