It’s not like it turned out dramatically bad… But there are so many things I’m disappointed about. What stresses me out the most is that during surgery, they suddenly did nostril-base/alar reduction on only one side, even though it had never once been discussed before surgery, and it ended up looking pinched… They said that after balancing the nasal tip, only one nostril became too large, so they reduced it, but after reducing it, it became way too pinched lol Even before, my nostrils weren’t exactly identical lol But they even reduced the side that had been smaller before surgery…… Why not just leave it asymmetrical…… You can’t undo alar reduction…… I spent all this money, had my rib opened for costal cartilage, and was left with a big rib scar, but there isn’t much difference in the nasal tip before and after, so I’m really disappointed. I don’t like the bridge line either, sigh… I asked for a straight to semi-straight line, but it kind of looks like a slight upturned “half-socks” line, and I’m just so upset. It’s not that there’s nothing I like. The nasolabial angle did improve…~~
민냠냠 If you explain it well, I think they might do A/S for you. I also mentioned a small but bothersome issue this time, and they said we should try planning the design.
제제제제네 [@민냠냠] What bothered you? Would they still do it even if there isn’t a major functional problem and it’s just dissatisfaction with the line and details?
민냠냠 [@제제제제네] Mine is also a detail issue. It looks okay from the front, but when I look from 45 degrees below, the alar rim looks droopy and the columella feels like it’s been cut off, so I told them that part bothered me, and they said we should work on the design!
무우야무우야 Your nose before surgery was pretty.
익명 Huh, am I the only one who thinks the post-op nose looks pretty? Your face looks shorter too, and the pressed-down nose look improved, so I think it’s good..
슈가슈가라떼 Oh no.. the nostril reduction is too much It’s personal preference, but the nasal tip is so pretty!
Bcbdjai I think it looks natural and pretty though..
아임그루트 But it is uneven, huh? Have you tried requesting it?
Lalaby The shape is prettier after getting it done. When you raise the nasal tip, the nostrils naturally show more If you set the nasolabial angle, raising the tip tends to look prettier shape-wise, so it often ends up like that. But doing alar reduction on only one side is so strange… Seriously, why would they make the proportions not match like that? I think it would be good to wait a bit longer, then just fix that awkward-looking shape and the pinched part. That one thing is a bit disappointing…
제제제제네 [@] Right, it definitely improved compared to before!! It’s just that there are some disappointing parts
제제제제네 [@I'mGroot] They came out with the stance that the unevenness can’t be corrected 100%, and that the reduced side may look a little compressed after surgery but will improve… So I’m going to talk more when I go in for the 2-month follow-up…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 Has anyone here used fascia or autologous dermis after nose implant removal?
I’m thinking about nose implant removal, but I’m scared to remove it because I’m worried my nasal bridge will look too spread out and flat. I saw there are clinics that supplement with fascia too, so has anyone here tried it? There doesn’t
