I had a consultation today, but no matter how much I think about it, I don’t understand.. First of all, I have a dragon nose and a blunt nasal tip Even putting aside the bluntness, my nostrils aren’t spread wide open; I want to bring them a bit toward the center More than the nasal bridge or anything else, this is seriously what I’m so desperate about No matter what other plastic surgery clinic I go to, they say I need to raise my nose, or otherwise the only answer is alar rim lowering But they say alar rim lowering leaves severe scarring and makes the nasal tip look even more blunt And most importantly, alar rim lowering only reduces nostril show It doesn’t change the position of the upper apex of the nostril What I want is to bring together those apices that are spread outward But is this possible with only cartilage repositioning, without implants? Why couldn’t other hospitals do it like that This is a revision surgery for me, so I really want to decide carefully, but I can’t find many reviews, so I’m really worried
Reader 1 Did you have surgery by any chance? I also have a dragon nose, and my first surgery failed, so I’m looking into revision surgery~~ If you had surgery, please tell me a bit about how the result turned out~

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 A single-doctor clinic that’s good at revision surgery!
I’ve been to consultations at three large clinics, but I’m still not sure, so I’ve been looking through posts here and there. I was recommended to also visit places run by a single doctor that specialize in nose surgery, so I’m curious…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 Review of my final consultation before removal at ㅍㄹㅁ
First of all, I went to ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ once each, and in the end I decided to have it done at ㅍㄹㅁ. Since I also got my surgical records from the hospital where I had my nose surgery, I wanted to get final confirmation, so I went for my last…

It’s not like it turned out dramatically bad… But there are so many things I’m disappointed about. What stresses me out the most is that during surgery, they suddenly did nostril-base/alar reduction on only one side, even though it had ne
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 I think my nose surgery failed, 2 months post-op
Hi everyone, this is a bit long, so even if it’s annoying to read, I don’t want anyone to go through the same experience as me. I think it would be good to read this once before getting nose surgery. I’m two months post-op from nose…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 Has anyone here used fascia or autologous dermis after nose implant removal?
I’m thinking about nose implant removal, but I’m scared to remove it because I’m worried my nasal bridge will look too spread out and flat. I saw there are clinics that supplement with fascia too, so has anyone here tried it? There doesn’t
