After under-eye fat repositioning, one side became hollow, creating a step-off. What should I do to reduce the step-off? This is my second under-eye fat repositioning, and I think even before this, one side had a slight step-off-like unevenness. But after this surgery, the step-off became much more noticeable Should I get under-eye filler.. or scar-tissue laser treatment? If there are any procedures you would recommend for eyes like this, please let me know
