I booked a consultation, and the date and time slot were reserved right away. The consultation proceeded in the order of consultant-director-consultant. The consultant said she had revision rhinoplasty herself, and that before that her nose had failed, so the director did it for her, and it was pretty. They said it’s more important to create a nose that suits you than the nose you want, and they showed me several reviews similar to my case while explaining various examples. Next, the director’s consultation left a very good impression, and he was kind. Using a virtual plastic surgery program, he first created a refined-natural shape that suited me, then made a second version with a natural shape while explaining it. He also explained intuitively how celebrity pretty noses could be approached from my own nose, so I could see it clearly. I liked that he explained things in an easy-to-understand way rather than using difficult flowery language. He drew lines across my forehead, eyes, nose, and mouth line, talked about proportions, explained what proportions would be improved and how, and checked my understanding along the way, which made me feel he was a very warm person. Rhinoplasty costs more than other surgeries, so I haven’t decided yet, but I took the time to get the consultation, and it was a consultation that didn’t feel like a waste of time.
