No matter how factory-style it is and even if it was a free consultation, I was quite surprised by the way they handled things, making me sit there for a full two hours even though I had made an appointment on a weekday. First of all, it felt like they randomly booked consultation appointments, called people in, and it was not as if they were saying, if you do not like waiting, then leave... Since this was my first plastic surgery clinic consultation, I misunderstood and thought they were all like this. I had come from out of town, so I could not go home, and while I was waiting like that, I also saw someone who went to the desk as soon as they entered the clinic and raised their voice. The consultation was with the consultant, and since my nose is small and low, I had not imagined osteotomy at all, so I found it very strange when they brought up osteotomy. They may have had their own reasoning, but afterward, when I went around to other clinics and had consultations about my nose, not a single place mentioned osteotomy, and my rhinoplasty turned out very well with only silicone and cartilage placed, without touching the bone. So thinking about it now, it is a diagnosis I have considerable doubts about. The system felt haphazard, and looking at the before-and-after photos, the skill did not seem that great either. It seems they accept patients indiscriminately, so proper care also seems impossible. Despite having all of these drawbacks, the price is the same as other places. It is a clinic that makes me wonder how it can continue to exist. If I had to guess, on apps, cafes, and so on, whenever there were posts recommending Busan clinics, this place was mentioned everywhere as being really good. To put it nicely, it is marketing; to put it badly, well... I also went because I saw it always being mentioned in comments whenever Busan clinics came up, so even though the clinic has no merits at all, I think the reason it is packed with people may come from this. So it would probably be better not to be fooled by the crowd and assume it must be popular, then get surgery there.
