I often saw posts saying people had to call hundreds of times just to make an appointment. But I called twice and they picked up right away. And while I was waiting for the consultation, they didn't answer the phone much either. I went after making an appointment, but there was a bit of a wait. I don't know exactly, but maybe around 10 to 20 minutes? The staff were kind, and the director was kind too. But! I had to ask a lot of questions for him to answer, and I didn't have many questions, so the consultation ended early. I really liked the line he drew for me, and I liked that he didn't recommend ptosis correction, and when I said I didn't want epicanthoplasty, he drew the line in a direction without doing it. When I said I wanted posterior canthoplasty, he explained why it wouldn't work and recommended lower canthoplasty. I just really like the line, so I think I'll do it here.
