Review of 3-way lateral canthoplasty surgery at Barabon Plastic Surgery Surgery date: late April 2025 Small, narrow eyes + sunken eyes had always been a complex of mine, and while searching to see if there was a way to naturally shift the outer corners of my eyes backward, I learned about Barabon’s 3-way lateral canthoplasty. Recovery after surgery was very fast, and although I was worried because my skin usually doesn’t heal wounds well and tends to scar easily, now that it’s been almost 5 months, there are no scars left and the outer corners of my eyes have come down in the direction I wanted, so I’m living very satisfied!
