<pre-op><post-op>It has been one month since I had rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage with an osteotomy at a cosmetic surgery clinic! Before surgery, I had no obvious nasal bridge and my nostrils were very full and round, giving me a lot of stress from the 'boko' look. As the osteotomy was done, the crookedness of my nose was corrected, and the bridge and tip were fixed into a balanced line, so I am truly very satisfied. The boko-like appearance has completely gone. I wanted a natural-looking nose, and they made me exactly that, so I am satisfied.. I started to feel swelling reducing around week 2, and by week 4 it clearly looked prettier. Now, from the front and from the side, it is exactly the feeling I wanted, so I love it. Only my nose changed, yet my face looks smaller and my features look clearer, so I feel like I changed from 2D to 3D. This is my own face, Even people around me all said it looks so good and ask me where I had it done, so I feel really happy. Now my nasal tip has become softer, and there is little discomfort or foreign-body sensation, so it feels like it is gradually settling in as my own nose. After doing rhinoplasty, I can say for sure that the uncomfortable part is only temporary and beauty lasts much longer... I truly recommend this fully to everyone who is still hesitating!
