The uneven eyelid lines started to become very noticeable because the symmetry was off. Since I was getting revision eyelid surgery anyway, I had a semi-out line in mind and went to a place known for creating it well. This time, the canthoplasty was also a revision, so I was worried that if they opened it more, too much of the lacrimal caruncle might show and look creepy, or that my eyes might look too close together. But they removed the epicanthal folds without overdoing it, and the eyes were opened up more refreshingly, so they feel longer. The lines seem to have come out as much as I wanted, and I’m happy that the asymmetry was corrected too. They definitely seem good at revision eyelid surgery haha
