It was good that the director personally consulted with me from the first visit. At many other hospitals, it often ended after only a consultation with the consultant, but here the director personally looked at my condition and explained things, so I trusted them. For things like the design and size, they didn’t simply decide them for me; we decided together while discussing how they could harmonize with my face shape. On the day of surgery, I was surprised that they remembered what we had discussed during the consultation, and I felt that they were performing the surgery with real care. The result is also natural and satisfying. During recovery, they kept checking whether I had any discomfort, so I felt at ease. Since it’s a system where the director takes responsibility and looks after you from start to finish, I trust it. One downside is that parking at the hospital is a bit inconvenient. If possible, I think it would be better to use public transportation.
