I developed contracture like a pig nose, so I went all the way from the province to Seoul. I decided to have surgery with autologous dermis, which they said could be done right away without removing the silicone and waiting several months, but the scar remained as a scar... I had the surgery in 2018, and now in 2025, 90% of the dermis has been absorbed. On top of that, the nasal tip has become extremely blunt and ugly, so I get stressed every time I look at itㅠㅠ I will truly never do autologous dermis again. The surgery itself was really well done at first. I admit 431 is good at surgery. At first, the shape was pretty and all, but I think autologous dermis surgery itself is the problem. When I went to 431, the nose shapes of people coming out of there were natural, and everyone’s was pretty.
