Somehow time has passed like this, and it has now been 1 year since I had trapezius reduction. I’m deeply moved lol When I first had the procedure, I didn’t really know much, so if there was swelling, I just thought, oh, there’s swelling, and if there was stiffness, I just thought, oh, it’s stiff. I was kind of dull about it, so during recovery I didn’t particularly get stressed or experience major discomfort. There was some lumping, though, and that was resolved after a few radiofrequency sessions. The hospital also took detailed care of me during recovery. The reason I got trapezius reduction was actually because the knots and pain were severe. I had also tried acupuncture at an oriental medicine clinic. But it was only temporary, and I couldn’t feel any improvement. So while looking for a method, I came across the procedure through a cafe, decided to do it, and visited the clinic. You know how they predict the prognosis. It seemed like it would be even more effective than I thought. I liked it so much and wanted to get it quickly, so I scheduled it right away and had the procedure. For about 2 weeks there was swelling and stiffness, but after 1 month and then 2 months passed, when I touched it, it felt somehow smoother, and the shoulder pain clearly disappeared. The pain was one thing, but maybe because my trapezius muscles were so developed, visually too, as the trapezius went down, the line from my shoulders looked so pretty. I also wore clothes that reveal the shoulders as much as I wanted.. and like that, a year has passed and here I am now. Personally, I’m very satisfied, and because I think I did the right thing, I don’t feel the money was wasted. If your shoulders look raised or if you suffer from stiffness like I did, I recommend getting a consultation at least once.
