<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>My nose was short and wide, so because it had a bulbous-nose kind of look, I started looking into surgery. Since this was my first time getting plastic surgery, I was verrry careful when choosing a clinic. It costs money too, and since it was my first surgery, I felt like I’d regret it for life if it turned out weird So I searched for every review I could find and compared each director’s experience one by one. I really looked into it hard. I went around for consultations too, and what I liked most about Seongpum Plastic Surgery was that they didn’t just talk formally; they explained the advantages of each material and asked what I wanted to use, and sincerely thought through and explained what would suit my face best, so I felt I could trust them. And the reason I decided to have surgery here was the director’s explanation about osteotomy. My nose is originally a little deviated, you know? But they said if I just put in silicone, it could look even more crooked ㄷㄷ So they explained that if osteotomy is done together, the deviation can also be corrected, and when seen straight from the front, the nose would look much more defined. At other clinics, they only said things like I’d need to use septal cartilage~ or I’d need autologous costal cartilage~ but the director at Seongpum carefully looked at why osteotomy was needed and how the result would change if surgery was done this way, so I really liked it. It’s now been one month since surgery, the bruising is all gone, and the swelling has almost all gone down, so the line has now settled stably. Especially the nasal tip becoming slimmer and my face gaining more dimension is seriously amazing. Even at week 2, I was very satisfied when comparing before and after, but now that it’s been a month, it looks much more natural and sophisticated than it did then. As the swelling in the nasal bridge went down, the area that had osteotomy settled more slimly, so the feeling changed completely. Most of all, the bulbous-nose look that stressed me out the most disappeared completely, so I’m so happy haha It looks like my nose was slim and pretty from the start, so it’s fun to look in the mirror too haha These days I see a lot of posts saying their nose was ruined, so I worried a lot about what I’d do if I failed too and needed revision surgery, but after getting it done, I realized choosing a clinic with a skilled director and good aesthetic sense is really important. I really felt this time that finding a clinic that fits me is much more important than going to a clinic that’s famous by name only. At Seongpum, they checked everything carefully from consultation to surgery, so if you’re considering rhinoplasty, I think you’d be completely satisfied if you go for a consultation haha
