After being stressed for 10 years because of a pinched nose, I had a second revision surgery. I heard the person who made my nose pinched has closed their practice They were a disciple of a surgeon at a hospital famous as one of the top 3 for rhinoplasty in Gangnam. Since it was 10 years ago, costal cartilage was unfamiliar back then, and I paid a lot for it, but my nose ended up looking synchronized, and I even developed functional problems. It seems that doctor switched over to dermatology lasers now.. Last time, I had eye surgery near my home, so this time I entrusted it to the same doctor. I kept failing every time I went to Gangnam, and when I looked into second revision surgery, even going for consultations felt scary and exhausting, so I also had my second revision rhinoplasty done by the person who did my eye surgery before. It is day 11, and although I am swollen and my nose has become bulbous, I am satisfied because the pinched part has been opened up. They released the cartilage tying and grafted ear cartilage into the pinched area. I was not greedy about height, so I proceeded without an implant (the existing silicone and autologous costal cartilage were removed). Would you rather have a pinched nose or a bulbous swollen nose. If asked, I think I would choose the bulbous swollen nose. I hope the swelling goes down slowly as it subsides. Personally, I like rounded nasal tip lobules like Kim Go-eun or Kang Han-na, and I dislike pointed, slim noses, so I am going to enjoy the swelling. It is fascinating that my side profile came out similar to the virtual simulation.
