It’s been about a month since my breast surgery.. I’m supposed to massage 6 times a day, but I only did about 4 times, so I think I neglected the aftercare and capsular contracture is starting. When I lift my breasts upward, they don’t move up to about two finger joints below the clavicle, and the hospital gave me a business card telling me to go to a massage clinic. It’s especially like that on one side, the left breast,, this is serious.. It’s been a month since surgery; if I receive care at the massage clinic and massage diligently, will it return to some extent? Is there anyone who has had this happen like me? Please share information. Until a week ago, it moved up to below the clavicle and was okay, I want to go back to a week ago Everyone, do your breast massages diligently I feel completely lost I can’t end up in the extreme situation of having revision surgery
