I had 4 mm silicone for the bridge and costal cartilage for the nasal tip. As you can tell from the pre-op photos, I had a low nasal bridge and a protruding mouth. The third photo was taken on the day of surgery. My mouth looks set back, so I really like it haha In my case, the swelling doesn’t go down easily, so even after the tape was removed a week later, I was still very swollen; I was worried because the swelling wasn’t going down well, but looking at it today on day 12, a lot of the swelling is going down. The bruising is still there, but it has faded a lot. The area where the costal cartilage was harvested is still uncomfortable, but it’s bearable. For reference, I run an entertainment company, and there was also a plastic surgery clinic that had a contract with our company. After seeing the kids I was managing gain confidence after plastic surgery, I wondered if I should do it too... and then thought I should do it before I got any older; so I ended up suddenly having surgery. The hospital we had contracted with was outside Seoul, and there was also an issue, so I went around on my own and worked hard to find a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong, where I had the surgery. I also got a lot of help from the members here. I have no regrets~^^ I can’t upload a front view yet because there’s still swelling haha For now, I’m only uploading the side line that improved the most.
