Because of the nature of our department, I meet dozens of people I’m seeing for the first time every day, so first impressions are really important. But I was always conscious of my appearance, and among everything, my nose caused me the most stress. My nasal bridge was low, and the tip of my nose was round and bulbous, so overall I looked younger than I wanted. I often heard people say, “You look so young~,” but I really hated hearing that I felt like if my nose alone looked sharper and more defined, that overly young-looking impression would disappear, so I started looking into hospitals for rhinoplasty. Before the consultation, I looked through so many reviews and went around to all the hospitals I liked, but I liked Dr. Kim Dae-hwa’s consultation style at the hospital the most~~ When I asked my friends, they said, “A lot of people go there for nose surgery~,” so I naturally became interested, and when I actually had the consultation, it felt completely different lol. After listening to what I do for work, the director didn’t simply suggest making the nose higher; he proposed a nose line that would look defined yet natural, and he explained in an easy-to-understand way why that shape would suit me, so I felt completely reassured. So right after the consultation, I decided on that hospital. After the surgery, my nasal bridge became higher, my nose looked slimmer, and the overall line looked more refined, so I’ve heard a lot that my first impression looks much more distinct~~! Plus, when I went to my first meeting, a client told me, “You have such a pleasant impression and look sophisticated,” and it was my first time hearing something like that, so I felt really good. Before rhinoplasty, I definitely had a much younger-looking impression, but now I feel like my image has changed into one that can give a sense of trust. After getting rhinoplasty, my confidence went way up!!
