Maybe because it was a private clinic, the hospital wasn't very large. When the elevator doors opened, the hospital was right there, and the interior was clean and bright, so it left a good impression. The director had a warm feeling, listened well, and explained things kindly and thoroughly. Since he only performs nose surgery, I strongly felt that he had solid expertise in noses. Around the end of the consultation, he asked if I had any more questions and was kind.
