I've been thinking about lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty for several days now, wondering whether to do it or not, and I searched all the side-effect cases. In the end, they say satisfaction is only about 30-50%, so I'm still debating Some people say they got side effects or that nothing changed, and people who are going to do it will do it anyway, but for me, I think the most important thing is first whether it suits me If you only look at the upper part of my face, I don't look like I have a sad expression, but overall I do have a sad-looking face, and the outer corners of my eyes droop too, so I'm worried that if I get lateral and lower canthoplasty, I'll look even sadder or it won't suit me. Most people who get lateral/lower canthoplasty seem to have upward-slanting outer eye corners, and I'm actually jealous of that
