Still, residual swelling..><One month>Reason I got revision surgery - the line was too high, and because of that, the eye size itself somehow looked short and stubby, which stressed me out.. I wanted the line lowered and my eyes to look longer! Honestly, my eyes were not extremely bad-looking or anything, but you know when something just stresses you out when you look at it yourself Some friends around me even told me they looked pretty as they were and to leave them alone. Criteria for choosing the hospital - for my first surgery, I just looked at reviews and went somewhere I liked, but maybe because I had been so dissatisfied, this time I went through a friend’s recommendation! Looking back now, I think it was a way to avoid being fooled by ads and actually find a place that was well-known by word of mouth and good at what they do. Everyone, if you have a friend around you who knows a lot about plastic surgery, I really recommend getting recommendations.. That said, I did not just impulsively do it because an acquaintance recommended it. It was because the place met my own criteria to some extent. -They designed the line close to the look I wanted (a long-eyed, thin line!!) -The aftercare is really well set up (it was not just the swelling laser I already knew about..) -It was so surprising that the director noticed and told me first about things I had not even accurately recognized myself, like the scar from my first surgery and my eye-opening strength.. That made me think maybe this is why people say aesthetic sense is important, but you should also go to a place that evaluates you really professionally.. As the director recommended, I had incisional double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction together, and also had line lowering. While doing it, I wanted my eyes to get bigger too, so I also got medial epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty! Honestly, right before the revision, I did worry, ah, did I do too much..?? but now I think it was such a good decision to do it this way. First of all, when I compare my eyes before revision with now, -The double eyelid line itself settled into a thin in-out line that suits my eye shape -But the line absolutely does NOT get buried XXX -The Mongolian fold area was opened up more naturally, so my eyes look more refreshed -My eye-opening strength got so much better... I definitely feel less fatigue than before Honestly, during recovery, until around before the one-month mark?? the line looked a little angular, so I was worried and really got anxious wondering if it would be okay, but I guess with plastic surgery, waiting it out is the answer.. Once it passed one or two months, the slight remaining swelling went down to some extent and it started settling. I am so grateful to the friend who recommended the hospital.. Maybe she feels proud too, because every time I take a selfie and post it on my Instagram Story, she always compliments me, saying it really turned out well But she is my friend... so anyway, I know she will say nice things first, so I am asking because I am curious about an objective perspective!!! At this point, can I live without worrying anymore..?? I lowered the line with excision; for this level, would you say the recovery and line are pretty good?
