Can you go to work the day after the procedure? : For real, yes. I went on a blind date lolololol It's possible as long as your job doesn't involve lifting heavy things. Just be careful of the hellish crowded subway on the commute. 2. How painful is it? : It would be a lie to say it doesn't hurt at all. But it's not severely painful, more like a somewhat strange feeling.. I guess that's natural; who in their life has ever had solution injected into their arms? 3. How much does arm circumference decrease? : Mine went from 28.2 cm to 25.8 cm. That's a 2.4 cm decrease lol. As a number it doesn't look like much, but when calculated as arm circumference, it's huge;; 4. Are the scars dark? : Since the procedure, I've been wearing sleeveless tops often, but nobody.. not a single person has noticed.. Oh, a friend did ask if something had appeared there.. lol If you just look at it, it feels like a pimple! 5. Do you absolutely have to diet? : It's your own body, so I wouldn't say it's mandatory.. but I do recommend it.. You can get the swelling down faster, and if you lose weight with the boost, that's even better~~~>< 6. Tips for choosing a hospital? : Of course, choose a place where the director seems trustworthy.. But if you're not sure, go to a hospital that puts a lot of effort into aftercare. After trying LAMS myself, aftercare is super important..! I think it's good to do as much as you can!
