Today, I’m going to share my self-paid review of forehead fat grafting that I personally received at Fresh Hong Doctor Clinic. Hoping it will help people who, like me, are worried about a sunken forehead, I’ll write carefully about everything from why I had the surgery to swelling, bruising, pain, aftercare, precautions, and my progress so far. ✔ Reason I Had the Surgery Since I was young, my forehead was flat and sunken, so even when my face was expressionless, I looked like I was frowning, which was a major source of stress. Every time I took photos, the forehead area looked severely hollow, to the point that I had to retouch it in Photoshop every time. So after becoming an adult and worrying about it for over 7 years, I finally decided on forehead fat grafting. I searched and compared a lot through the internet, plastic surgery apps, cafes, YouTube, and more, and chose Fresh Hong Doctor Clinic, which is known for doing fat grafting naturally and beautifully. During the consultation, the director explained things very honestly and thoroughly, so I trusted them. Also, considering the director’s skill, I thought 1.3 million won for forehead fat grafting was a reasonable price. ✔ Immediately After Surgery (Before-and-After Change, Swelling, Bruising, Pain) I looked in the mirror immediately after surgery, and as the hollow areas were filled, my facial impression became much softer. Honestly, I remember being so satisfied even before I was fully awake from the anesthesia that I took selfies right away. lololol Swelling: It was worst on days 3 to 4, but not to the point that it greatly interfered with daily life. I think consistently doing ice packs helped. Bruising: From days 3 to 5 after surgery, brownish bruising spread overall, but it was fully coverable with makeup. Bruising around the eyes also almost disappeared after about a week. Pain: On the day of surgery, it was just slightly numb/tingly, and it did not interfere with daily life. I did not take any painkillers at all! I had surgery on Thursday afternoon and went to work the following Monday, and no one noticed I had surgery! All I heard from a few people was that my impression looked softer and my eyes looked gentler. I felt secretly really happy. ✔ Aftercare Sleep with the pillow elevated Apply ice packs often Drink warm water often and manage swelling with Fox Tea and similar products Managing it this way made recovery progress quickly. All residual swelling and bruising disappeared completely after about 10 days! ✔ Precautions (Tips from My Experience) Avoid saunas, exercise, and hot showers for at least one month after surgery Do not sleep face down (it interferes with engraftment) For fat engraftment, avoid excessive dieting and eat well If there are people who do not want to gain weight, I recommend dieting hard until before surgery, and from after surgery onward, eating well! ✔ Progress (Current 2-Month Review) It is not as full as immediately after surgery, but the hollow areas are naturally filled, so I am very satisfied with the effect. When comparing before and after, my forehead line became softer and my overall facial image became much brighter.
