It is a bit expensive......... but it’s also true that you should do it properly when you do it once.. You must be torn.

Mine is revision surgery, and I’m thinking 7-9 million, but for a first surgery it does seem expensive. Even if it’s autologous costal cartilage, I don’t think it would be bad to look into other places too! More expensive doesn’t necessarily mean better!
