I’ve had rhinoplasty twice, and neither time was functional nasal surgery, but my rhinitis, nasal obstruction, and snoring seem to be getting really severe, so if I do it this time, I want to do both functional and cosmetic. Right now the silicone is inserted starting from my forehead, sigh ㅡㅡ It looks long. Does anyone know a clinic that’s good at small noses, functional, and cosmetic rhinoplasty!!
