It's been 1 week,, behind the ear

I was originally going to have the incision inside my mouth, but since I'm an office worker, they said the swelling would last a long time, so I had no choice but to do it behind the ear. The major swelling went down over 1 week. So it was about the level of bruising and swelling after getting wisdom teeth removed, and it lasted 1 week. I found out after seeing photos of people who had it done behind the ear in a community, but honestly, I doubt whether their swelling really lasted that short. I'm also the type who really doesn't swell much. Even when I had my eyes done, it was like that,, though compared with swelling inside the mouth, it's nothing.. Honestly, my photos don't show a dramatic effect compared with people who had V-line surgery, sandwich osteotomy, two-jaw surgery, SSRO, or ISRO, right? I deliberately uploaded photos that came out realistically. Rather than originally having a square jaw, I had little facial fat, so the angles stood out more. The right side protruded more, and because of that, after getting Botox once, my complex got so bad that I just wanted to wear hats and also wanted to try sweeping my hair back, so I did it. From what I see, this surgery seems more applicable to people like me who have severe facial asymmetry or facial lines that are not soft, rather than people with a severe square jaw or those who want a slim V-line face. (This is my personal opinion.) For me, if muscle atrophy comes along too, I think my face may become somewhat round rather than slim.
