Closed rhinoplasty is effective too and lots of people get it, so take your time looking into it. NN had better closed rhinoplasty reviews than other places.

They seem good at shaping it naturally or with a slightly polished-but-natural feel. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m also considering no implant, so I’m torn between height and naturalness, but I’m going to look around more.
