I’m planning to get revision surgery because of my crooked nose, and I’ve been to consultations at almost 10 places. I’m deciding between Director Lee H.S. at Finish, Director Yoon S.H. at Miho, and Director Lee B.J. at Named. I keep wondering if Finish is too new, but Miho’s postoperative care seems not as good as Finish or Named? At Finish and Miho, they recommended a 3D nose, but Named said I don’t need to go as far as 3D, so I’m worried it might become crooked again. I’m aiming for a natural-to-glamorous nose, and the prices are almost similar. If anyone here has had a consultation or surgery at these hospitals, please give me advice

이럇샤잇 If it’s revision surgery for a crooked nose, it seems like it would be much more complicated. You really need to get it corrected this time
로즈 Huh? I had surgery at Miho, and until my 3-month mark the director checked my progress, and I got good scar care and postoperative care. The scar at the autologous costal cartilage site is almost not visible now, and I have no side effects or anything I feel disappointed about after surgery at all! Miho’s postoperative care is good! What do Finish and Named say they’ll do?! I haven’t had consultations there either, so I can’t compare them, but Miho itself is a place that takes care of postoperative care thoroughly and for a long time! And I did mine with regular silicone, but for noses like crooked noses or hump noses, I heard they often use custom implants!
뿡빵뽕뻥 I had revision surgery at MH After my first surgery, I developed a side effect where it bent into a ㄷ shape... Improved the nasal tip with custom silicone! Satisfied
dryy [@] Oh really? Miho was the only place where the consultant didn’t contact me after the consultation, so maybe I didn’t organize the consultation details properly // Finish has a guarantee system where they refund you if the nasal tip drops, and Named said they would provide AS anytime if a functional issue occurs. I think I felt Miho was lacking in that area! But Director Yoon Seok-ho seems to do custom noses the most, so I’m really, really torn
dryy [@] MH does seem to have many custom silicone cases. I’m glad you’re satisfied But I don’t know if it’s just the director’s style, but because there is facial-axis asymmetry, he said satisfaction after revision surgery would be around 60-70%? I can’t tell whether he’s saying it firmly or saying he lacks confidence
불랙 For revision surgery of a crooked nose, I think doing it with FitMe Nose would be much better..? I had surgery with FitMe Nose at Miho, and what I heard then was that crooked noses are often done with FitMe Nose ㅇㅇ And they took good care of me there.... I was very satisfied
뿡빵뽕뻥 [@] I think he speaks somewhat conservatively. To me too, he said that because there’s a step at the nasal tip and my skin is tight, the nose I want won’t be possible 100%, but he’ll try his best. But for me, forget 100%, I’m 200% satisfied,,,,,,

dryy [@] If you mean functional nose surgery, when I had a consultation at Named, they said I could have surgery for what seemed to be a deviated septum at the same time, and that the additional cost would be 200,000 won, with the hospital handling the documents so I could receive up to 700,000 won in reimbursement. The functional AS I mentioned in the post was that they said they would provide it if issues like contracture or inflammation occurred! For Miho, I made the consultation appointment about 2 weeks in advance because I wanted to go on the same date as another hospital, so I’m not sure whether it takes a long time. For Named, I think the earliest date took about a month!

성은겹 What is a 3D nose? Is it a custom implant?
