Maybe because there are many patients, a 30-minute wait is basically standard. Looking at Naver reviews, there was even someone who waited 4 hours. Anyway, he seemed skilled, and on YouTube he gave a good impression and looked kind, so I went for a consultation.
For me especially, when consulting, I consider how closely the director looks at my face and also how kind he is to be important. You could say if he’s skilled, isn’t that enough, but giving blunt facts and speaking rudely are different, right?
But what is with the director’s personality? He speaks so incredibly rudely. I’ve seen cases where desk staff are unfriendly, but here the director’s character is the lowest. I came out after the consultation and felt completely awful.
I don’t understand why he gets into a power struggle with a patient who came for a consultation; he speaks harshly and makes you flustered, so if you’re going for a consultation, just talk back the same way.
Anyway, I was told I don’t need to have it done by this person, so I’m never going again lol He seems like the type who is strong to the weak and weak to the strong.
