One month after rhinoplasty - when will Pinocchio become human?

I posted this before, but I deleted it because I thought it would only make people who are planning rhinoplasty more worried. I’m posting again because I feel so frustrated. I feel like I want to hold on to even a thread-thin bit of hope. For the first 2 weeks, I thought, “Whatever, I’ll just wait patiently...” but now that it has been a month, I’m getting more and more anxious and depressed. (Some people in the comments misunderstood because I hadn’t written the postoperative period clearly, so I’m editing this sentence.) I’ve been searching carefully through rhinoplasty reviews to see if anyone had a case similar to mine, looking here and there... This community has become the closest friend I can lean on emotionally. I didn’t do the nasal bridge; I had AlloDerm at the nasal tip, the area above it was filled with septal cartilage, and I had osteotomy for a deviated nose. After rhinoplasty, when they removed the fixed triangular splint on the afternoon of the surgery day because I had bled so much from my nose and needed treatment, strangely, the area between my eyebrows hurt a lot. Now it has been a month, but the lower nasal bridge near my eyes is deeply indented, so the nasal bone looks strange, almost like silicone. Has anyone here had an indentation like glasses marks? I thought it had sunk in because the cartilage was weak and that it would come back out someday, but now, a month later, it’s still the same. Will it come back out? Among those who had a noble nose rhinoplasty with costal cartilage, has anyone had a Pinocchio nose? About how long did it take to return to a human-looking nose? I think I’d feel a little more at ease if I knew the time frame and could wait. They say time is medicine, but there are things that don’t get resolved even as time passes. I really hope I don’t end up suffering emotionally for months for nothing and then having to get revision surgery... When I read surgery reviews, revision surgery seems to lead to yet another revision surgery. I really don’t want revision surgery, and I can’t live my social life like this, advertising that I had plastic surgery... Everyone, please leave hopeful comments.
