My nose.. the nostril wing area.....

I had nasal bridge surgery and nostril wing surgery with ear cartilage. But now, I had the surgery around January 21, so it has been about 4 months, right.. I am sure at first the area near my nostril seemed normal.. But when I looked a few days ago, the part near the nostril where cartilage was inserted is sticking out on only one side, roundly.... What is this.. .. Ah really, I am extremely stressed because of this.. I already do not really like my nasal bridge and nostril wings. My nasal bridge is not really on the high side The nostril wings look just similar to my old nostril wings and are extremely blunt.. I was completely stressed because of this, but I kept telling myself to just endure it, but how can one side of this nostril wing be sticking out roundly like this? Is there anyone like this? For me, it is not the upper part, but the lower part toward the nostril, and only one side is sticking out.. But my status is that I am retaking the college entrance exam.. My mom keeps saying I am worrying about something useless and that it is nothing.. She does not even look properly and says it is nothing.
