Eye Re-Surgery

Can I get under-eye fat repositioning if I don’t have aegyo-sal?

I don’t have aegyo-sal, but recently I went for a consultation because of an epicanthoplasty scar, and that’s when I heard this. They said my epicanthoplasty was a surgery that cuts off the aegyo-sal. So I wondered, is that why I don’t have aegyo-sal? I’ve given up on the epicanthoplasty scar but I still want to get under-eye fat repositioning. My face is already long, so would it be okay to get under-eye fat repositioning? On one side I don’t have aegyo-sal, and on the other side, when I smile, the under-eye fat is sort of forming like aegyo-sal. Because my face is long, I’m worried under-eye fat repositioning might make it look even flatter and more plain. But if I get under-eye fat repositioning, I think it would be good because the hollow, tired look would go away. Even if I get under-eye fat repositioning, I feel like I’ll still have some regrets.
