Writing a Review of Breast Fat Grafting

It really can be done with before-and-after fat grafting!! I thought I would have no choice unless I got implants, but somehow even the shape turned out pretty. Those with small breasts know. It is truly an unspeakable kind of stress. I could not even dare to look at swimsuits. Implants were scary too, and I thought doing fat grafting over several separate sessions would be too much for my body’s recovery, so I looked into stem-cell fat grafting, which has high satisfaction even after the first round. The more I looked into it, the more complicated it was. With stem-cell fat grafting, the engraftment rate is important, and among hospitals, the hospital where I had surgery was the only one where the engraftment rate had been clearly proven. After thinking about it for a very long time, I decided to have the surgery, and more than anything, I could feel the director’s expertise, so that got one vote from me, and the systematic aftercare with the things that were really necessary got another vote. I intentionally wore the same bra top before and after surgery, and the side volume came out well too. Even without underwire, the shape is amazing, right? After one month, when all the lumpiness had completely softened, the shape was still being maintained just like that. After surgery, I checked my size with a tape measure every night, and there has not been much change. Really, only the swelling went down, so I wonder if it engrafted just as it was. Also, every time I went for follow-up, they checked the engraftment rate, and they did it with something like a 3D machine. Since this allows them to confirm it clearly, it made me trust it more. More than anything, the line where the upper breast is filled and then falls downward is so pretty. A lot of people worry about scarring, but you can see it in the photo too, right? This is at one month. I honestly did not even pay attention to it. After surgery, the pain was in my thighs, so whenever I had to get up, I wanted to give up and delayed going to the bathroom. After 3 days, I could get up with an “oof.” The hospital also gives you a diet plan. Apparently, it is not something that works just by eating a lot on my own. In fact, they said that if you just eat recklessly, you may gain more visceral fat instead, and it can have a negative effect. I still have a few months left of the 6-month management period, but at this point, I think I have passed the stabilization phase.
