I'm really 3 weeks post-op with Mentor Xtra implants on an extremely skinny upper body, and honestly they just look like two circles.
I intentionally chose small implant sizes too, Mentor Xtra 215/240 168 cm, 49 kg, ribcage circumference 68 cm
Is this just an unavoidable result with my body condition? I'm just the type who doesn't gain weight, my upper body has barely any difference in thickness between my upper arms and lower arms, and my ribs show through. Even my torso itself has an extremely thin frame...
In reviews by people who have more fat on their chest and upper body than me, even at 5 months the implant shape was still showing, so for me... I feel like it's just hopeless.
As time passes, the skin will stretch and the implants will come down a bit, but I don't think I'll ever get the natural-breast fantasy I had, that naturally sagging feeling where the breasts look like they're comfortably holding the implants without looking strained.
I wasn't even greedy... I really just got the surgery for femininity... But seeing two circles......... rather than feeling happy that I gained femininity... it feels grotesque.
Still, a lot of people who get the surgery have a positive mindset and perspective like, "They're bigger, so I'm happy! Yay!" But why am I like this?
At this point I feel like early removal might be better... Is 3 weeks too early to think this way... But if I try to give it more time, I'm worried about how my body will deform... How was it for people who were really skinny like me?
It's so hard because I'm thinking about it so much, seriously.
