Today marks exactly 2 weeks since my surgery. My nose was so low and short that rather than thinking I wanted to become pretty, I really just hoped, 'I wish I had a nose like an ordinary person.' I had consultations at ㅇㅇㅎ, ㅁㅅㅇ, and ㅋㅇㅁ, and had the surgery at ㅋㅇㅁ on January 8. The consultation was brief, and without any discussion about how many millimeters they would raise it, what nose shape I would get, or what would be used for the nasal tip, I was lying on the operating table and said, 'But you didn’t even tell me how many millimeters you’re doing.' Then the nurse said, 'The doctor will look at how the nasal tip is raised and take care of it.' Then before long, I was under sedation... I had had endoscopy exams several times before, so I was used to sedation, but this felt different. Back then it just felt like I had slept deeply, but this time I was riding a roller coaster. With a few close people, and randomly, even the nurse I had seen last... ㅋㅋㅋ Then suddenly the doctor and nurse were waking me up, and in a panicked voice the doctor started firing questions at me: 'Do you usually not breathe well? Does your breathing usually stop?' So half-asleep, I said, 'When I’m stressed, I can’t breathe well.' Then they kept talking to me, saying, 'You have to breathe. You need to go to a hospital.' In the middle of that, I asked, 'Am I dying?' and then absurdly said, 'Please make it pretty' ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ What was that~ Then I took a taxi home, and even after 3 days there wasn’t much swelling or bruising, so I was happy. But the evening after the day I got the cotton packing removed from my nose, my nose suddenly started bleeding heavily... There wasn’t even time to stop the bleeding. I don’t know how many times I changed tissues. I panicked and called the clinic, and they told me to come in immediately. But it was too far, so I couldn’t go, and I had no choice but to go to a local ENT clinic. They said the bleeding wouldn’t stop and that it seemed a blood vessel in the back of my nose had burst. They told me to go to the ER... So I went back to the emergency room at a large hospital and had that hard thing that had been packed the day before put back into my nostril, then came home. After finally being able to breathe for just one full day, it was blocked again..ㅠ_ㅠ Maybe because I had lost so much blood, from that day on I started swelling up tightly, and even the doctor said, 'You’re really very swollen.' So I spent a depressing week like that... The swelling kept getting worse, and the ER doctor told me absolute rest, not to exercise, not to eat things that require a lot of chewing... There were so many precautions... They scared me, saying that if I had another nosebleed, I’d have to come to the ER again... Anyway, after spending a day or two like that, I thought, 'Whatever, I don’t care,' and exercised again.. brisk walking.. Then from that point, the swelling started going down so quickly. It was amazing.. My mom and dad were amazed too..ㅋㅋ Now I put on makeup and just go around normally. I’m a bit, actually quite, disappointed that my nose didn’t become that high, but since my skin was very thin and my nose was low to begin with, I’m trying to be satisfied. I’m just praying that no inflammation develops.. My friends say it looks completely natural and turned out well, and they praise it a lot, saying it’s much better. There’s still some minor swelling around the glabella, but it’ll gradually go down...^^ What I felt from this surgery: Absolutely... I will never have surgery again. It was really hard.ㅠ_ㅠ
