(I only wanted implant-free nasal tip surgery, but they put in a thin silicone implant without discussing it with me, saying they would get rid of the step at the nasal tip.) They used septal cartilage, but within a month my nose shape collapsed. Wow, after that people kept saying I would look better if I only got my nose done, and I couldn’t even tell anyone that I had already had nose surgery. My original nose was actually good enough that people asked if it had been operated on I heard that most revision rhinoplasties are done because of the shape rather than functional problems The cost was one thing, and I knew the risk of inflammation goes up with revision surgery, so I didn’t even look into it. But actually, while I was going around looking into facial contouring surgery, I saw eye and nose reviews from a plastic surgery clinic, and they were my style. I also knew it had been a very famous hospital since I was in my twenties, so when I had a gap before my contouring consultation, I made an appointment while I was in Seoul and went. I don’t know what came over me, but after consulting with Director Go Eung-yeol and the consultant, I paid a deposit that day and scheduled the date right away.. The surgical plan was to remove the silicone that had been inserted because of the nasal step, since it made me anxious, and to use autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip and make the nasal tip rounded! (Existing eyes and nose) For my eyes, at a hospital in the provinces well over twenty years ago, I was left with a scar from medial epicanthoplasty, and on the day of double-eyelid surgery, they suddenly said they weren’t confident and only operated on one side.. My eyes were originally very uneven.. There was even blood pooling, so they had to draw the blood out with a syringe and it was chaos.. Anyway, I begged Dr. Go so much I asked him to please make absolutely sure there was no blood pooling,,, and to please let this be my last nose surgery But on the day they removed the nasal packing,, thankfully there wasn’t a single bit of blood on the packing.. I think he did hemostasis very meticulously.. It was so different from my first surgery.. People who have had it done will know.. You can really feel it right after surgery. Whether it’s a successful nose surgery or not.. Oh, and the pain from the autologous costal cartilage was less than I expected, so I could lie down well and walk around fine. I heard this also differs depending on the doctor..! It’s been one month now, and the scar is fading; he sutured it well, so the scar shape isn’t bad either! For my eyes, the swelling actually felt like it lasted a bit longer than my nose, so I had a little stress during recovery!! But like a lie, around week three? it started looking more natural, and now I’m actually worried the line might get lower Oh, and because I previously had circumstances suggesting a ghost surgery, I’m extremely sensitive about that. He said my eyes and nose were a very difficult level. I had a severely short nose and a hump too My facial asymmetry was extremely severe, so the surgery took a bit longer than expected. Because of that, I woke up a few times in the middle, and since I even talked with the director, I felt so relieved that it wasn’t a ghost surgery. (One-month review) I think the eye symmetry was corrected well! I originally had severe asymmetry and difficult eyes, so the hospitals I consulted before couldn’t clearly suggest a solution I think there’s a reason Dr. Go Eung-yeol is famous for revision eye surgery. He measured with a ruler and clearly presented solutions!! I got a semi-out line, and it’s moderately glamorous without being excessive, so I’m satisfied! Especially! The revision rhinoplasty.. I’m currently so satisfied The inner nasal scar is still healing, but! I’m so surprised that the nasal tip can project this much without silicone! I don’t know if my nasal tip septum had collapsed The spreading of my nose from the front was also severe.. but now the front looks slimmer too.. I’m even more satisfied with the side profile! I was debating tip reduction surgery until the day of surgery, but he said that if the nasal tip is raised, it can also have an alar-reduction effect, so let’s raise the tip first and then decide. So I didn’t do alar reduction this time.. I’m so glad I didn’t.. I heard alar reduction really can’t be undone, so you have to be careful. Please I hope my nasal tip doesn’t drop and that this condition is maintained!! Hoping this will please be my last surgery!!!
