After searching around for a no-implant option, I finally got nose surgery, so I’ll write a review I’m a huge worrier, so after reading reviews about implant side effects, I got scared and started consultations only at places that could definitely do surgery without implants My nasal bridge wasn’t particularly low to begin with, so I had no desire to overdo it and raise it unnecessarily X My biggest stress was that my nasal tip looked pressed down, making it look like a downturned nose, so nasal tip correction was my top priority Among the places I consulted, this was the only place that said they could focus on improving the bulbous nose while mainly correcting the nasal tip, without making it obvious I had surgery + and in the direction I was worried about: reducing concerns about side effects, avoiding a pointy nose, and naturally improving the nasal tip, so I decided to have surgery there They slightly shaved down the dorsal hump, corrected the bulbous nose, and extended the nasal tip using ear cartilage It’s been one month, and it seems to have settled so well that I barely remember the downturned nose shape from before surgery Since I didn’t get greedy with the bridge, it looks natural, and the swelling seems almost all gone They said it would look really natural after about another month or two, so I’m quietly looking forward to it If you want surgery like me for improving a bulbous nose or a pressed-down nose without making it obvious you had surgery, I think you don’t necessarily need an implant
This review is about surgery pursuing a natural look.
