The consultation manager was tall and somewhat older.. It felt like she came to have a power struggle with the patient. From beginning to end, she consulted with a stern face, and if she was going to speak in a confrontational tone, I really don't know why she was doing consultations. It wasn't communication with the patient; she just wrote the surgical details really quickly on a tablet and asked if I had questions, so the consultation itself was really bad. I saw the doctor for 1 minute. I absolutely don't think I'll do it here.
