When I first went to the clinic, there were a lot of people waiting. They guided me outside to the bathroom, but they told another person about one inside the clinic, so that felt a bit off. The consultant’s consultation was really kind, which was nice. (But there was a spider hanging there dead, so I got the impression they don’t clean very well.) The director also seemed like a quiet guy-next-door type and didn’t talk much, so the consultation ended early, but he answered my questions well. I was drawn to the no-shaving approach, wire fixation, and less swelling, but I decided to think about it a bit more.
