I tried nasal bone reconstruction, and it seems the crookedness inside my nose can actually be straightened. My nose has been quite crooked for a long time, and I went through a lot trying to get the inside corrected, so if you have a lot of concerns about a crooked nose, try getting it done while you’re at it.

Day 9 after complete nasal implant/material removal. I had septal double extension, cartilage tying, and 2 mm silicone all removed. The advantages are that there is zero foreign-body sensation, so it is comfortable, and I can breathe well.
