It has been almost 2 years since my nose surgery, but my nose is crooked and the nasal tip is drooping. The doctor said it would be enough to shave only the columella Is that right? What kind of plastic surgery methods are there? I’m asking for advice because I feel so frustrated. People say nose surgery absolutely never ends in one go, but I’m looking for a revision surgery method that I won’t have to redo even after 10 or 20 years. And even just the initials of clinics... if possible, please recommend some too.. There’s so much advertising-like information, so I sincerely hope people other than brokers can give honest advice from the heart.
